How to find the dehaprakriti of an individual ?

Principle

Dehaprakriti is the inherited character of an individual. Influenced by the predom inent dosha at the time of consumption. Causes can be enlisted as follows.

1. Dosha predominence in sperm and ovum.

2. Dosha predominence of season.

3. Condition of uterus

4. Food and activity of mother.

5. Mahabhuta composition of foetus.

It is to determine various things

2. Prescription of medicines

3. Prognostic aspects

4. Interaction of medicine

5. To have an idea of inherited immunity, life span etc.

Prakriti is divided into physical and mental. Sareera prakriti is again divided into doshaja and panchbouthika. Doshaja prakritis are vata, pitha, kapha, vatakapha, vata pitha, pithakapha and samadosha prakritis.
